The Candied Jalapeño Company began with two friends, Scott and Roger, a shared passion for great food, and the discovery of a sweet-and-spicy favourite that was surprisingly hard to find in Canada. Scott is a former Royal Canadian Navy officer, while Roger is a former member of the Halifax Mooseheads—making this a partnership that’s about as Halifax as it gets. Believing that good food should be fun, flavourful, and easy to share, they set out to create their own proudly Canadian take on candied jalapeños. From burgers, tacos, pizza, and charcuterie boards to just about anything that needs a little excitement, our products deliver the perfect balance of sweetness and heat.
